What is the Physiology of Aerobic Exercise?

Exercise can be aerobic or anaerobic.  Aerobic activities can include jogging, swimming, treadmill, and any other exercise that increases your body's oxygen use significantly.  An example of an anaerobic activity is weight training.  Your body uses 3 sources of fuel during exercise
