What Workout Program From Home Is The Best?

It all depends what you have available to determine what workout program from home is best.  The more equipment you have, the more exercise you can perform.  We are going to assume that you have no exercise equipment at all and tell you which exercises which produce the most muscle and thus burn the most fat.  An extra benefit of muscle is that your metabolism speeds up which makes fat loss that much easier. The three exercises you should concentrate on is:

  • Ski Squat - Works the muscles in the quads, hamstrings, and calfs.

  • Pushup Hold - Works the muscles in the chest, shoulders, lats, and arms.

  • Curlup - Works the muscles in the stomach.

Workout Program From Home -  Ski Squat

  • Lean against a wall with your feet about 2 feet in front of you and shoulder width apart.

  • Bend your knees and lower your body for a few inches and hold for 5 seconds.

  • Lower your body another few inches and hold for 5 seconds.

  • Repeat step 3 until you can't bend your knees any further without keeping your position.

  • As your legs get stronger, you can increase your pause from 5 to 10 seconds

  • Lie face down against the floor.

  • Keep your legs straight and against one another.

  • Place you hands underneath your chest and a few inches away from each other.

  • Raise your body until your arms are almost locked and hold for a count of 5 seconds.

  • Lower your body to the starting position for a count of 3 seconds.

  • Repeat until you can't do any more.

  • Lay on your back against the floor.

  • Bend your knees at a 90 degree angle.

  • Place both arms on opposite shoulders while resting against your chest.

  • Raise your torso halfway between the floor and your knees for a count of 1 second.

  • Lower your torso back to the floor for a count of 3 seconds.

  • Repeat until you feel a nice burn in your upper abs.
